P3P manufactures 3D printed housings for brain implants for research purposes - for Otago University's Psychology Department. These are complex 4-pieces, 2.5 cm parts, which can be produced, as needed, in just one day.

The Sekurus injector has a 3-stage safety-lock mechanism, plus a hands-free needle removal system for safer use within the animal health system. P3P built the functional prototype.

The Integ Blade is a computer monitor adjustment solution. P3P helped with prototypes of the TPU strap, in different shore hardnesses, for testing - to create a strap that stretches and also keeps the cords tangle-free.

Rex Bionics is the pioneer of the Rex Robot - a robotic mobility device for wheelchair users. Over the last 10 years P3P have produced multiple SLA, SLS, prototype parts towards the development of a working, FDA-approved model.

SPLASHLIGHT TOY PROTOTYPE - DEVELOPED FOR TINKA

The Splashlight is a toy water gun that shoots natural bio-luminescence water which glows in the dark. The gun has a complex interal structure. P3P developed prototype parts to enable validation of the design.

C-TUG WHEEL PROTOTYPES FOR RAILBLAZA

Railblaza came to P3P for help developing its new Sandtrakz wheels for the C-Tug Kayak Cart. The wheels are a clever design which reduces, by half, the effort to put the cart on soft sand. We manufactured 3 different grades of urethane wheels for testing.
